On Thursday evening I was at the Dancehouse in Manchester teaching an Advanced Ballet class for KNT Danceworks, who asked if I wanted to give a one off guest teaching while I was home over summer.

I had a studio full of really eager dancers, who worked so hard and professionally, that they made it a true pleasure to give class. I had so much fun and learnt a lot myself, so I just hope the dancers enjoyed it and that they too where able to take something from it. They seemed pretty satisfied at the end and I want to thank them for the lovely experience.

I can see from both teaching and taking these classes that even as a hobby dance can bring so much to people. It is really an enjoyable way to keep fit and to learn so many different disciplines while making you feel beautiful and free.

Keep on going guys, you are doing great!
