  1. Cancellation Policy for One-Time Sessions:
    • Cancellation within 7 days before the session incurs a 50% cancellation fee based on the session price.
  2. Subscription Policy:
    • Subscriptions are non-refundable.
    • Your session slot is confirmed only after pre-payment is received, providing us with the necessary planning security.
  3. Subscription Long-Term Illness Clause:
    • In the unfortunate event of long-term illness exceeding one month, we offer a voucher for missed subscription sessions, allowing you to redeem them later.
  4. Subscription Session Attendance:
    • If you’re unable to attend a single session, it cannot be reimbursed or amended at the end of the subscription period.
  5. Subscription Structure:
    • Please note that our subscriptions are time-based, not session-based. This structure allows you flexibility while adhering to the commitment of the agreed-upon timeframe.
